 Candidates must be a self-motivated leader and possess good communication skills with strong working knowledge of basic electrical drawings and diagrams, electrical concepts, and power calculations.

Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple projects  simultaneously.
• Execute and manage electrical design projects from concept through record drawing stages.
• Estimate electrical design costs.
• Specify electrical system components.
• Generate electrical design and installation packages.
• Estimate project installation costs.
• Wire and panel sizing and electrical systems layout per NEC and building codes.

Additional preferred experience:

• Previous experience in electrical engineering or other related fields.
• PLC programming.
• Coordinating mechanical and electrical designs.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask.

Types of projects include, but are not limited to, industrial and commercial design, machine modifications, lighting and electrical component specifications, data and communication system design, power distribution design, and automation/PLC design.

Candidate must be a self-starter with good communication skills. This position requires 2-5 years experience functioning as a Designer.

Responsibilities:

• Perform mechanical design services for small scale projects or work with a team on large scale projects.
• Communicate verbally and by written means with clients and contractors.
• Write scopes of work and estimate design engineering costs for small scale projects.
• Manage drafting personnel, check design drawings, and generate red-lines.
• Create and/or modify mechanical drawings using computer aided drafting software. 
• Document work by recording data and drawings; updating databases.

Skills/Qualifications:

• AutoCAD experience required.
• SolidWorks experience preferred but not required.
• Working knowledge of industrial equipment and systems.
• Working knowledge of mechanical drawing symbols and drawing standards.
• Associate degree is preferred but equivalent experience will be considered.

Types of projects include, but are not limited to, industrial and commercial design, machine modifications, structures, piping, and HVAC.

Candidate must possess good communication skills.  1-2 years experience functioning as a drafter is preferred. 

Responsibilities:

• Create and/or modify mechanical drawings using AutoCAD.
• Modify drawings as per Engineers verbal or written instructions.
• Document work by recording data and drawings; updating databases.

Skills/Qualifications:

• AutoCAD experience required.
• SolidWorks preferred but not required.
• Drafting and Design.
• Must be detail oriented.
• Associate degree is preferred but equivalent experience will be considered.
